Job Description

A PR Manager is responsible for managing a company’s public image, building relationships with media and influencers, and creating strategies to promote a positive reputation for the brand. They act as the bridge between the organization and the public.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand image.
  • Write and distribute press releases, speeches, and media statements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Handle media inquiries, crisis communication, and reputation management.
  • Organize press conferences, events, and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage online presence and respond to public feedback professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Crisis management and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in PR and social media tools.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
