Job Description
A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to help the company grow. They act as the main point of contact between the organization and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and promote company products or services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and keep records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-oriented attitude and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
