Job Description

A Support Manager oversees the customer support department, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service and timely solutions. They manage the support team, improve processes, and maintain customer satisfaction through efficient communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the customer support team to achieve service goals.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate support staff performance.
  • Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and standard procedures (SOPs).
  • Track key performance indicators like response time and resolution rate.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and customer feedback.
  • Continuously improve customer experience through feedback and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or team management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
