👉Next topic is ‘Image optimization’. Suppose you’ve published content on your website along with the images, but the images do not contain any name or any relevancy related to it. Now Google cannot only describe the image or read the image without any context nor it can describe the reason why have you shared this image according to your content.
👉Let’s take an example of the book cover. It contains an image of a ship or submarine. Now what do you think is the purpose of showing this? Without any title or context, it cannot be searched by Google but if it is given some title just as the book ‘Turn the ship around’ so it will definitely show you this image as it is related and attached to this specific title.
👉It is a very important point to give a tag or title to the images which developers don’t consider so it is necessary to keep this thing in consideration. If you don’t put the alternative tag in it, it is the same as your existing one but without any name. So it is important to put alternative tags with the images.
👉If you search for the top ten terrorists on Google and click in the images section, this list isn’t given to Google by America or the CIA, but Google itself has picked them up on the basis of alt texts.
