What is this happening?\u2049<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49Does anyone of your mother ask you how to cook a specific dish? Or asked you about the quantity of the spices a recipe needs? No! Because it\u2019s their skill and they have more expertise and experience in it than us. \u2705<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49The case is also similar here, the constant progressive change in today\u2019s world as we\u2019re entering into the global village doesn\u2019t require old methods or techniques to get success. \ud83d\udeab\u274c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49The opportunities we\u2019re getting today by connecting to the global village are much higher than the opportunities our youth gets while stuck in degrees. \ud83d\udcc8\ud83d\udcb9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49We need to hire more people but they come up with degrees in their hands and no practical knowledge about the field.
